Finally a zoom that keeps f/1.8 across the whole range — I was skeptical but it really delivers in low light. Tack sharp even wide open, and the constant aperture makes exposure adjustments seamless when I zoom.

Michael ★★★★★

Shot a whole indoor event at 28mm wide open and every frame came out sharp corner to corner, which I did not expect from a zoom. The constant 1.8 means I never had to bump ISO past 3200 all night. It's heavy, sure, but I'll take that trade every time.
