Ruby U. ★★★★★

The vibration compensation really shines when shooting handheld video at the long end, keeping footage steady even without a tripod. For travel, this one lens covers everything from a wide group shot to a close-up of a distant sign, so I never have to swap glass.

Victoria ★★★★★

Finally got this lens for my Sony and the VC stabilization is a lifesaver for handheld video. I’ve been shooting from 28mm to 300mm without swapping lenses, and the autofocus is quick and quiet.

Edward ★★★★★

Took this on a two-week trip and never once wished I'd packed a second lens. The VC kept my handheld shots sharp at 300mm, which I honestly didn't expect from a superzoom. It's a bit slow in low light, but for daylight travel it's been perfect.
